View from the Deck at Hotel Centro Internacional

Conference begins tomorrow at Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas. The photos are taken on the deck outside my room at Hotel Centro Internacional.  The buildings look like they are falling over, but that's because the photographer did not compose the picture very well.
